Hermann Filss is the founder and managing partner of TIM Solutions. Throughout the course of his professional career, Fills, who studied surveying engineering technology, has successfully built various software companies. To this day, he is actively involved in shaping the company history and the unique corporate culture at TIM Solutions.
Demian Riess
Managing Director
Demian Riess is the managing partner of TIM Solutions and has significantly shaped the development of the company. In addition to a steadily growing customer base, he has contributed to the development of a strong partner network. Before his time at TIM, Demian Riess studied International Business Management in Heidelberg and completed his MBA in California.
Martin Oehm
Managing Director
At TIM Solutions, Martin Oehm is responsible for the continued development of the TIM BPM Suite and its use by customers. As a result of his long-term management of numerous customer projects, the business IT Specialist (M.Sc.) recognizes the needs of users. In his position as Managing Partner, he always focuses on the value for the end user.

Fabian Ludacka joined TIM Solutions in 2013 and was responsible for Product Management for 7 years. In his current role as Head of Business Development, the Business IT Specialist, Author and Lecturer controls strategic corporate development and drives the expansion of TIM’s technological pioneering role in digital competition.
Fesal Baxhaku
Head of Branch Office Kosovo
Fesal Baxhaku has led the TIM Solutions Kosovo location since 2019. Prior to that, he completed his Doctorate in Computer Science at the University of Sheffield and spent many years working as a Teaching Assistant and Lecturer at various universities. With several years of experience as a Team Leader and Software Developer at local companies in Kosovo, he is able to combine academic knowledge and in-depth professional experience.
Jörg Kethur
Engineering Manager
Jörg Kethur has been part of TIM Solutions from the very beginning and has overseen the establishment of the backend and frontend development for years. In addition to managing the constantly growing requirements for architecture, security and scalability, he supports complex customer projects as a Mentor and internal processes as a Development Coach.
Oliver Schirach

Oliver Schirach first encountered TIM as a customer in 2012. Three years later, he decided to join the company and assume management of the Frankfurt location. In working with customers to find solutions and in project-specific product extensions, his top priority is always customer satisfaction.
Maximilian Neumaier
Head of Professional Services
As Head of Professional Services, Maximilian Neumaier is responsible for one of the three business areas at TIM Solutions. Through his many years of professional experience as a Project Manager, he gained deep expertise in the analysis and implementation of business processes. His background in Technical Computer Science (M.Sc.) allows him to integrate the customer’s IT landscape into workflows in the most effective way.
Philipp Deycke

As Head of Infrastructure & Services, Philipp ‘Luigi’ Deycke is responsible for the smaller aspects of everyday life at TIM Solutions GmbH: in addition to hosting, coffee machines and printers, he looks after the service desk for satisfied customers and also takes care of the daily Windows problems of his esteemed colleagues.
